1. The service. eurotaxe.ro assists haulage companies with recovering VAT paid on fuel and road tolls in other EU member states, as well as fuel excise duty, where applicable legislation allows it.

2. Commission. Using the account is free. The commission applies exclusively to amounts actually recovered and is set individually for each client company.

3. Client documents. The client is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the documents uploaded. Data extracted automatically by AI-assisted reading tools is indicative and may be verified or corrected by the eurotaxe team before the claim is officially filed.

4. Processing time. Resolution times depend on the tax authorities of the member states involved and cannot be guaranteed by eurotaxe.ro.
